HAROLD E. "BUD" FOSTER
Elected to the 1930 All-American Basketball Team and voted all-conference honors in 1929 and 1930 while performing at Center for the Wisconsin Badgers, coached the Badgers to a share of the Big-Ten Title in 1935 and won top honors in 1941 and 1947, winning the NCAA Championship in 1941. Elected 1970.
