The Roadside Chapel
These small chapels were
once common among the
devout Roman Catholic
Walloon speaking [sic] Belgian
communities in Northeastern
Wisconsin. Formally [sic] located
east of Dykesville, this chapel
was moved to its present
location in Dept. of 2003.
It was restored and donated
by Troy Thiry and his children
Dylan, Allison, and Amber.

The Roadside Chapel is located at the northern-most edge of the property of the Shrine of our Lady of Good Hope, located on westbound County K, at its intersection with Chapel Drive, at or near 4047 Chapel Drive, New Franken, Wisconsin 54339.

A peek at the Shrine altar.

 Beautiful setting!

The chapel, hidden beneath the tree to the left,
is at the northern-most side of the Shrine property.

Follow the signs to the Shrine, located in Wayside, Wisconsin.
