The memorial is located at V.F.W. Badger Post 328, and is accessible from southbound Veterans Road, at its T-intersection with Vernon Street, at or near 200 Veterans Road, Stoughton, Wisconsin 53589.

The marker is at the base of the airplane, visible to the right.
