The tracks and depot are long gone; however, Andy Goretski, artist from Tomahawk, WI, has brought the Chicago Northwestern passenger and freight trains back to Wittenberg. Conductor Herman Stelter stands on the platform urging people to board.
The mural is accessible from northbound Howard Street, at its T-intersection with Walker Street, at or near 403 Howard Street, Wittenberg, Wisconsin 54499.

Andy Goretski, who lives in Lincoln County on the edge of the Wisconsin Northwoods, has been decorating Wisconsin since 1984. As a mural painter and wildlife and commercial artist, his work has been primarily in hand painted graphics and using art to enhance visual communication whenever possible.
