Erected 1984 by City of Kaukauna,
in cooperation with Outagamie County
Kaukauna, Outagamie County, Wisconsin

The bridge cross the Fox River and is located on northbound / southbound Catherine Street / Island Street at the intersection of Catherine Street and East Wisconsin Avenue (on its northern end) and the intersection of Catherine Street / Island Street and Oak Street (on its southern end), Kaukauna, Wisconsin 54130.
I did not find anything on the Internet regarding this impressive span of steel. The bridge crosses the Fox River.

These markers are also at this location:

The bridge is adjacent to the Kaukauna Mural.

Alongside the Thilmany Pulp and Paper Mills,
founded in 1883 by Oscar Thilmay.

Plenty of parking on Canal Street to access the bridge.

Looking at the south side of the bridge
from Stribley Road (near Thilmany Mill):

The plaques are affixed to the bridge,
and are visible on the bottom right.
