The flag was at half mast the day of my visit to honor the life of Wisconsin State Trooper Trevor Casper (May 21, 1993 – March 24, 2015), shot and killed in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, on March 24, 2015, while attempting to apprehend a bank robbery and murder suspect.
