The memorial is located at Menasha's Isle of Valor, accessible from westbound Keys Street, between Cleveland Street (to the west) and Park Street (to the east), directly behind the Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Building (now home to the Menasha Historical Society), at or near 640 Keys Street, Menasha, Wisconsin 54952.
