The marker is located on the UW-Milwaukee campus and is accessible from eastbound East Hartford Avenue, east of its intersection with North Maryland Avenue, at or near 2311 East Hartford Avenue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53211.
The plaque is visible on the bottom of the pillar to the left.
