The marker is located just past the entrance to Forest Hill Cemetery, on
southbound Dido Albert Federowick Memorial Drive, just south of its intersection with Speedway Road, at or near
1 Speedway Road, Madison, Wisconsin 53705.
Catlin Chapel was donated to Forest Hill Cemetery by John Catlin’s wife and daughter, Lucia, “In grateful remembrance of the esteem and confidence accorded to the late John Catlin, for many years a resident of
Wisconsin, by the citizens of Madison and vicinity . . ."
