A beloved Wittenberg landmark - Gus & Ann's Restaurant, now Diane's, is immortalized on the walls of their daughter and son-in-law's business - Lisa's Sweet Shoppe Bakery and Catering at the corner of Vinal and Howard. Ram Rojas of Door County, WI, has captured restaurant patrons and staff. Ann and Lisa are making pies and Gus proudly displays his maple syrup.
The mural is located on the south and west sides of Lisa's Sweet Shoppe Bakery on the northeast corner of the intersection of West Vinal Street / County Highway M and Howard Street, at 410 Howard Street, Wittenberg, Wisconsin 54499.

Ram's capacity to work in various media is only the beginning of his mastery. It was obvious even at a young age that Ram's talent would not go unnoticed. As early as 1970, when he was only years old, he began his studies at the National Art Academy in Caracas. From there, his natural talent launched his career.

Ram was chosen to travel to the United States. Following extensive study in Los Angeles he participated in shows in Los Angeles, New York and West Virginia where his art is on permanent display. Despite his young age, an international publishing company took notice of Mr. Rojas's talent and took him to Europe--predominantly Florence--to study classical art, then on to India where he mastered the fine techniques of oriental art. Ram's works were published in books and multi-language publications around the world, illustrating the history, religion, art, mythology, philosophy and science of world cultures.
