The memorial is located at Havlik-Koltes-Thaden American Legion Post 503 on southbound North Military Road / County Road Dm, at its T-intersection with Dane Street, at 124 North Military Road, Dane, Wisconsin 53529.

I've never seen a piece of artillery like this before. No idea what it is!
