The memorial is located at historic Columbus Fireman's Park, located on eastbound Park Avenue / Wisconsin Route 73 entrance to Fireman's Park, just east of its intersection with Ingalsbe Street, at 1049 Park Avenue, Columbus, Wisconsin 53925.

NOTE: Once inside the entrance, follow the one-way road (Veterans Memorial Way) until you see the children's playground on your right. The memorial is adjacent to the playground. (The memorial may not be easily visible when leaves are on the trees . . .)

NOTE: The base of the veterans memorial was erected in 1929, along with a different memorial. That memorial was removed, and the memorial in these photos replaced it. See below for vintage postcard of original memorial.
