Pipeman Michael Hackett  Milwaukee Fire Department   1899
Assistant Chief Lester Olson  1968

The memorial is located at the Port Washington Fire Department, on the northwest corner of the intersection of North Wisconsin Street and West Washington Street, at 104 West Washington Street, Port Washington, Wisconsin 54074.

Established in 1852, the Port Washington Fire Department proudly serves as one of the oldest active departments in the State of Wisconsin. Today our department continues to provide the city and surrounding communities with high-quality fire protection, water rescue, and emergency medical services.
The flags were flying at half mast on the day of my visit to honor the life of Staff Sgt. Kerry Kemp, who died in a helicopter crash during a training exercise on March 11, 2015.

Flags at full staff on September 29, 2017.

The memorial is located in Port Washington, Wisconsin.
