Fond du Lac County World War I Nurses Memorial Tree

E. A. Brown Relief Corps.

The memorial is located on southbound South Main Street, just south of its intersection with 3rd Street, on the grounds of Veterans Park, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin 54935.

To my memory (having visited more than 400 to date), this is the first veterans memorial I've seen commemorating military nurses.

The tree is to the right of the marker. Nearly 100 years later, it's now huge!
