Within these walls, sheltered with pride and honor, are our Veterans who have lost their lives. Some lost their lives in service to our Country on or off the battlefield. Others fulfilled their service and returned home to live out their lives. No matter which branch of service they served in during peace time or war, all Veterans are joined as one by the fierce sense of pride and patriotism they have for the United States of America. Because of their sacrifices through their dedicated service, we have become the greatest Nation on earth. Let this Memorial always reflect the great pride and heartfelt thanks we feel for these special men and women who have served us so well.
Oh, how our hearts ache now that you are
gone. You have unselfishly risked all of your
hopes and dreams so your loved ones may live
out theirs.
Your courage and patriotism have insured that
all citizens of our great Nation can forever enjoy
their freedoms.
May God forever hold you close, shower you
in His love, and give you peace.
The memorial is located at 331 East Main Street / Wisconsin Highway 21, at its intersection with Quincy Avenue and just west of the entrance to Scott Park, between Omro, Wisconsin 54963.
