The property is located at 143 N. Park Avenue, Neenah, Wisconsin 54956.

The house was built in 1918 by George S. Gaylord, a Chicago broker. The house is in the Period French Revival style. Gaylord sold the house to William C. Wing, who was then president of the Fox River Paper Company in Appleton. The property is also known as the Geirge S. Gaylord House.
The property is also listed on the National Register of Historic Places: Wisconsin.
